Hi friends! I have a wild land, small in size, but rich in life. I take care of and grow the herbs that were in this place before it became mine together with the new varieties that I have since collected from the various corners of the Mediterranean sea. I approach herbs like a good father gives his children, I talk to them and I caress them, especially when they are under a lot of stress from prolonged frosts or heat waves and they respond with a high content of essential oils. Small quantity, but top quality. Everything is done by hand, without any mechanical intervention. My horse and hens help lubricate and clean the area. Once you try these herbs, then you will understand for yourself the high quality of care I give them.
